The staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites Times Square were amazing, helping us with room changes swiftly. The location was excellent for exploring the city, room was typical NY size but clean. Breakfast was convenient. Elevators were slow due to club staff usage. a good stay. Great view too!

I stayed at Fairfield Inn as a transit stop during my travels, and I found the location to be extremely convenient. Being just 20 km away from LaGuardia Airport made my journey seamless and efficient. the hotel's pet-friendly policy was a major bonus for travelers with furry companions.

Efficient location in Manhattan district short walk to the center of the city, a bus terminal/subway and many attractions in nyc. Delightfully helpful staff, nice hot and abundant breakfast with hot options aswellas continental options.

The skyline views from my room at The Fairfield were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the magnificent cityscape was an experience that will stay with me for a long time. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having streaming services like Netflix available in the room, which made winding down after a long day of exploring the city even more enjoyable.

There were some minor inconveniences, such as waiting for the elevators at times, which could test one's patience.

The units are newly remodelled, soundproof with safe as well as 2 queen beds.

On the flip side, the staff had a bit of 'tude. A line to rival a queue at a Broadway show for brekkie wasn't cool, mate.

we had an incredible time at Fairfield Inn. from the friendly and accommodating staff to the amazing breakfast with a waffle machine. the attention to detail was outstanding, especially for my daughter's 21st birthday. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Times Square, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.
